Refund policy

The Forever Guarantee. We stand behind every product we make. If you are ever not completely satisfied with your Nutri Supplements purchase, we will make it right — that is our Forever Guarantee. There is no time limit on your satisfaction.

How to start a return or exchange: Email us at zach@buynutri.com with your order number and we will take care of you. If a return is needed, we will send simple instructions on where to ship your item.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow a few business days for your bank to post it.
